\n<\/strong>As a rule, the reservation of one or more rooms becomes binding for both parties upon the signing and timely return of your conrmation. This also applies to oral reservations and reservations by e-mail.<\/p>\n
\n<\/strong>The room will be ready for you on your arrival day from 3.00 pm. On the day of your departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 11.00 a.m. at the latest. In case of early departure or late arrival, the arrangement price will be charged.<\/p>\n
\n<\/strong>We reserve the right to take your credit card information or to request a deposit of 50% of the booked arrangement to guarantee the booking.<\/p>\n
\n<\/strong>Cancellation of the booking\/reservation requires the written consent of the hotel. If this is not given, the agreed price must be paid even if the guest does not make use of contractual services.<\/p>\n

The hotel accepts no liability for valuables deposited in the mini-safe in the guest room. Larger amounts of cash can be deposited at reception against receipt.<\/p>\n
