General Terms and Conditions
These General Terms and Conditions govern the legal relationship between you and the Hotel LA CRUNA in Sedrun. The reservation conrmation signed by both parties or verbally agreed liabilities serve as the basis.
Reservation / confirmation
As a rule, the reservation of one or more rooms becomes binding for both parties upon the signing and timely return of your conrmation. This also applies to oral reservations and reservations by e-mail.
Arrival / departure
The room will be ready for you on your arrival day from 3.00 pm. On the day of your departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 11.00 a.m. at the latest. In case of early departure or late arrival, the arrangement price will be charged.
Guarantee
We reserve the right to take your credit card information or to request a deposit of 50% of the booked arrangement to guarantee the booking.
Cancellations / No-shows
Cancellation of the booking/reservation requires the written consent of the hotel. If this is not given, the agreed price must be paid even if the guest does not make use of contractual services.
Decisive for the calculation of the cancellation fee is the arrival of the guest’s written cancellation at the hotel. This applies to both letters and e-mail messages. If the guest withdraws from the contract without an approved cancellation, the hotel may charge the following cancellation fees.
In the event of non-arrival due to illness, accident or in connection with Covid-19, a medical certificate will be required. In any case, we strongly recommend that you take out private cancellation insurance.
Cancellation fees for individual reservations
During the summer season (May – November) cancellations up to 3 days before arrival are free of charge.
For cancellations between 2 – 0 days prior to arrival or no-shows, we charge 100% of the arrangement price.
During the winter season (December – April) cancellations up to 7 days before arrival are free of charge.
Between 6 – 4 days we charge 50% of the arrangement price, but for a maximum of 5 nights.
For cancellations between 3 – 0 days before arrival or no-shows, we charge 100% of the arrangement price.
Cancellation fees for group reservations of 15 persons or more
Cancellation of the whole group is free of charge up to 60 days before arrival.
Cancellations up to 30 days prior to arrival will be charged at 50%
cancellations up to 14 days prior to arrival will be charged at 100% of the arrangement price.
Cancellations of individual group participants – but up to a maximum of 30% of the number of participants – are free of charge up to 7 days before arrival.
Cancellations between 6 – 4 days prior to arrival will be charged at 50% of the arrangement price, but for a maximum of 5 nights.
For cancellations between 3 – 0 days before arrival or no-shows, we charge 100% of the package price.
Cancellation insurance
We strongly recommend that you take out private cancellation insurance.
Liability
Guests are liable to the hotel for any damage to the furnishings or inventory caused by them or their guests. It is the guest’s own responsibility to take out adequate insurance. The hotel declines all responsibility for theft of and damage to objects, clothing and materials brought into the hotel. The hotel accepts no liability for valuables deposited in the mini-safe in the guest room. Larger amounts of cash can be deposited at reception against receipt.
Terms of payment and prices
We charge in Swiss Francs. Prices in € are indicative. Invoices are only sent within Switzerland and must be paid within 14 days of the invoice date. No discounts or reductions are granted.
You are welcome to pay with cash, Twint, Maestro-CH, Maestro-International or Postcard. We also accept the following credit cards: VisaCard, MasterCard and American Express.

We process the compulsorily collected data exclusively for the fulfilment of the contractual cooperation such as reservation & billing, for the fulfilment of legal reporting obligations, which also includes the passing on to the responsible local or cantonal authority. Any other use of the data at hand will only take place if you have consented to it. If the legal requirements are met, you as the data subject have the following rights:
Right of access: you have the right to request access to your personal data stored by us at any time and free of charge if we are processing it. This gives you the opportunity to check what personal data we are processing about you and that we are using it in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
Right to rectification: You have the right to have inaccurate or incomplete personal data rectified and to be informed of the rectification. In this case, we will inform the recipients of the data concerned of the adjustments made, unless this is impossible or involves disproportionate effort.
Right to erasure: You have the right to have your personal data deleted under certain circumstances. In individual cases, especially in the case of legal retention obligations, the right to deletion may be excluded. In this case, the deletion may be replaced by a blocking of the data if the conditions are met.
Right to restrict processing: You have the right to request that the processing of your personal data be restricted.
Right to object: You can object to data processing at any time, especially for data processing in connection with direct advertising (e.g. advertising e-mails).
Right of revocation: In principle, you have the right to revoke any consent you have given at any time. However, processing activities based on your consent in the past will not become unlawful as a result of your revocation.

Diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen regeln die Rechtsbeziehung zwischen Ihnen und dem Hotel LA CRUNA in Sedrun. Als Grundlage dient die beidseitig unterzeichnete Reservationsbestätigung.
Reservierung / Bestätigung
Die Reservierung eines oder mehrerer Zimmer wird in der Regel beidseitig verbindlich mit der Unterzeichnung und fristgerechten Rücksendung Ihrer Bestätigung. Dies gilt auch für mündliche Reservierungen und Reservierungen per E-Mail.
Ankunft / Abreise
Das Zimmer ist an Ihrem Ankunftstag ab 15.00 Uhr für Sie bereit. An Ihrem Abreisetag bitten wir Sie das Zimmer bis spätestens 11.00 Uhr freizugeben. Bei vorzeitiger Abreise oder verspäteter Anreisen wird der ganze Arrangement-Preis in Rechnung gestellt.
Garantie
Bei Buchungen per Telefon oder Internet behalten wir uns vor, Ihre Kreditkarten-informationen aufzunehmen oder eine Anzahlung von 50% des gebuchten Arrangements zu verlangen, um die Buchung zu garantieren.
Annullierungen/Stornierungen
Während der Sommersaison (Mai – November) sind Stornierungen bis 3 Tage vor Anreise kostenlos. Bei Annullationen zwischen 2 – 0 Tagen vor Anreise oder No-Show verrechnen wir 100% des Arrangement-Preises auf Basis Zimmer/Frühstück für den ganzen Aufenthalt.
Während der Wintersaison (Dezember – April) sind Stornierungen bis 7 Tage vor Anreise kostenlos. Zwischen 6 – 4 Tagen verrechnen wir 50% des Arrangement-Preises auf Basis Zimmer mit Frühstück, jedoch maximal für 5 Nächte. Bei Annullationen zwischen 3 – 0 Tagen vor Anreise oder No-Show verrechnen wir 100% des Arrangement-Preises auf Basis Zimmer/Frühstück für den ganzen Aufenthalt. Annullationen werden vom Hotel schriftlich rückbestätigt.
Annullierungskostenversicherung
Wir empfehlen Ihnen dringend den Abschluss einer privaten Annullierungs-kostenversicherung. Gerne senden wir Ihnen die Unterlagen der Europäischen Reise-versicherung AG zu.
Haftung
Gäste haften gegenüber dem Hotel für Beschädigungen der Einrichtung oder des Inventars, die durch sie oder ihre Gäste verursacht wurden. Für eine ausreichende Versicherung ist der Gast selber verantwortlich. Das Hotel lehnt jede Verantwortung für Diebstahl und Beschädigung an mitgebrachten Objekten, Kleidung und Materialien ab.
Für deponierte Wertgegenstände im Mini-Safe im Gästezimmer übernimmt das Hotel keine Haftung. Grössere Bargeldbeträge können an der Rezeption gegen Quittung hinterlegt werden.
Zahlungskonditionen und Preise
Wir rechnen in Schweizerfranken ab. Preisangaben in Euro sind Richtwerte und werden zum jeweiligen Tageskurs verrechnet. Rechnungen werden ausschliesslich innerhalb der Schweiz versandt und sind innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Rechnungsdatum zu begleichen. Es werden keine Skonti oder Rabatte gewährt.
Sie können gerne mit Bargeld, Maestro-CH, Maestro-International oder Postcard bezahlen. Des Weiteren akzeptieren wir folgende Kreditkarten: VisaCard, MasterCard und American Express, ausgenommen bei Pauschalen.
